These terms and conditions apply to the Aines Magazine webstore and all orders placed through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We recommend reading them carefully before making a purchase.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1 Prices

All prices are listed in euros and include applicable VAT.

3.2 Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit cards. Stripe processes payments in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.

4. Delivery

Domestic shipping cost is 5.50€ and is handled by Posti.
Orders are shipped within 5—7 business days from the date the order is placed.

5. Returns and Complaints

Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving the order. To initiate a return, please notify us by email and include your order number. Further instructions will be provided by email.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned products must be unused and in like-new condition.
